Dating Advice About Self-Confidence

Dating Advice to Use Confidence to Your Advantage

  1. Pursue people with low self-esteem or confidence.
Worried about being having your heart broken again? This time you should find yourself someone who feels worthless about themselves. You will have them all to yourself and they will never leave you. Seriously, people who have low self-esteem or confidence have reasons why they feel that way. They are unable to fulfill their own needs and probably can't fulfill your needs. Some may manage to gain confidence and then dump you for another lover.

  2. Verbally abuse lover, always telling he/she is ugly, fat, and unwanted. He/she will never find another person to love him/her besides you.
If you love interest does this to you, get rid of him/her because your love interest is trying to undermine your confidence. Confidence is a key variable that makes you attractive to others. Being not confidence traps you in a dysfunctional relationship preventing you from finding your soulmate.

Dating Advice to Increase Self Confidence

  1. Be successful at your career and other life goals.
Achieving goals you set for yourself will build your self-confidence. Being confident that you are able to fulfill you own needs and the needs of others will make you very attractive.

  2. If in school, get good grades, be a cheerleader or a jock, or run for student body office. Be popular.
Elementary, junior high school, high school, and college are environments where most people develop or lose their confidence. Only a small percent of us were part of the "in" crowd. Getting bad grades, getting cut from a team, or losing a popular contest will undermine your confidence. Be aware of events from your past that have undermined your confidence and focus on present ways to build your confidence.

  3. Take care of yourself and always improve physically, intellectually, emotionally, and spiritually.
Looking out for yourself and feeling good about yourself will make you confident. Again, if you can take care of yourself, there is a good chance you can take care of others. If you appear that you can fulfill the needs of others, you are attractive.

  4. Brainwash yourself by looking in the mirror everyday and telling yourself that you are an attractive person.
If you could convince yourself that you are attractive, you would soon feel attractive. Feeling attractive will make you feel confident. Confident, in return, will make you attractive. This is a classic self-fulfilling prophecy.
